Drawn to microdosing?
Microdosing is a novel way to experience the transformative effects of psilocybin.
Experience daily routine and normal life in a novel way.
A microdose is a tiny dose of psilocybin that ranges from imperceivable to just above the threshold of perception.
A Microdosing regimen typically follows a 3 days on/2 days off schedule for a determined time, normally 2-4 weeks.
Through my own experience and that of my clients, I have seen microdosing open hearts, recover memories and diminish anxiety and depression. I have seen powerful lessons emerge, only diminished by the will to integrate them.
Of course, microdosing can be done alone without a guide. If you feel called to that, DO IT! If your gut is asking for a guide, for a coach, for a space holder— that’s what I provide.
I offer experienced guidance for those looking to commit, maximize their experience and dig deep into their sessions. My service is for both newcomers and experienced journeyers alike.
I offer 2 month plans for $750. This includes*:
-2 intention setting and preparation sessions
-Weekly calls and daily availability during the microdosing period.
-3 integration sessions scheduled for the first, second and fourth week after the microdosing period.
*Due to the ever-changing legality of psilocybin, the client is responsible for acquiring psilocybin independently. I work with Rooms to secure microdosing pills.

Want to follow the research?
The scientific community is still undecided on the safety and effectiveness of microdosing psilocybin. Most every study speaks highly of the potential benefits and ends with a call for more research. Being that psilocybin and psychedelic research is still very new, this lack of robust support is not surprising.
This 2024 publication discusses how microdosing is considered safe, but lacks sufficient studies to draw conclusions on effectiveness.
This 2022 study found that microdosing was effective for improving mood and mental health.
This 2022 paper determines that expectation of benefit might be a significant dark horse effecting positive claims.
This 2022 cautionary article from Harvard did a small meta-analysis to find that evidence was lacking to claim microdosing either safe or effective.
